He has 10 years of international and local experiences in five and seven star hotel construction and infrastructure development Projects Management,Planning,Quality control,Quality assurance and construction.

Charith - A Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering with Structural Desing (UK). He has 10 years experience of reputed projects in Sri Lanka and overseas. Mainly in high rise buildings and infrastructure projects. And he has involved structural designs, constructions, Quality control and Quality Assurance.

Sagarika Shiromi has completed the National certificate in engineering Draughtsmanship, National certificate of technology in civil engineering and Diploma in quantity surveying. She has 15 years of experience in this field of constructing buildings.Some of them are Hotels, commercial buildings, housing project and road construction.
